Many breast augmentation patients desire fuller, more defined cleavage. In patients with pectus excavatum, the inward contour of the chest can often contribute to a naturally pronounced cleavage after augmentation. By carefully selecting and positioning the implants to complement this patient’s unique anatomy, we achieved enhanced breast volume, improved balance, and beautiful cleavage. The patient was extremely happy with her postoperative result.
