55 yr old patient who developed a large  breast tumor on the right side. Patient was a great candidate for oncoplastic breast reduction as she was a DDD cup size and had enough tissue to safely remove the breast cancer and at the same time I performed a oncoplastic breast reduction on the right breast and a matching left breast reduction. Patient underwent radiation therapy to the right side post surgery and she is cancer free and very happy with the end result.
