35 year old female 3 months status post breast augmentation. She felt as though her breasts deflated after she had children. She was about a C cup and desired to be a small D cup. We used a 425cc silicone, high profile implant to give her the look that she wanted. We chose to go above the muscle (pre-pectoral) for this patient, since she is an avid exercise enthusiast and wanted to avoid an animation deformity.
