47 year old female with a diagnosis of left breast cancer requiring bilateral mastectomy. She desired to be slightly larger than her original breast size. She underwent an immediate reconstruction with placement of tissue exapnders and eventual implant exchange. She chose not to undergo nipple areolar reconstruction.
