52 year old with right breast cancer.  Underwent right mastectomy with immediate TRAM reconstruction.  Three months later she underwent right nipple reconstruction.  Prior to her areolar tattooing, the patient completed radiation therapy.  The discoloration of her right reconstruction is secondary to radiation therapy, but her overall symmetry and satisfaction are excellent.
