56 YO with an immediate, bilateral latissimus dorsi flap reconstruction following mastectomies. The patiet had a prior lumpectomy with subsequent radiation therapy prior to her mastectomy.  She underwent nipple reconstruction with fat grafting and subsequent nipple/areola tatooing.
