The patient is a 78 year oldd female who presents to the office today for concerns of facial aging and desired facial rejuvenation. She was most concerned with the appearance of jowling, marionette lines, sunken cheeks and neck skin laxity. The patient underwent a facelift for fat grifting to the cheeks, zygomatic arches, upper and lower lips, nasolabial folds and marionette lines. Her post-operative photos she her progress at 5 months following surgery.
