46 yr old female with breast cancer underwent double mastectomy and immediate pre pectoral reconstruction with Tissue expanders as stage 1 as she wanted to upsize from a B to a C cup bra.

Stage 2 surgery was exchange of tissue expanders to  silicone gel  breast implants and fat grafting to create natural shaped breasts

Stage 3 was 3 D Nipple areola Tattoo performed in the office

Patient is very happy with the results and is cancer free as well
