- A $100 deposit is required to schedule a new consultation.
- The deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72hours in advance to receive a refundor to reschedule without losing the deposit.
- If the deposit is forfeited, a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
- Payment must be made before being placed on the schedule.
Aesthetician, PA Injector, or Laser C onsultations/Services:
- A $25 deposit is required to schedule a new consultation or service.
- The deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
